  • Creation of a new walkway (Hunter’s Walk) linking Northgate Street through the building, to the new Market Square behind
  • New restaurants will be created within the building, on either side of Hunter’s Walk
  • Hunter’s Walk will be an early phase of development to support the new cultural centre on Hunter Street
