Their new spring/summer menu is made for those moments when nobody’s checking the time. From golden, crispy buttermilk chicken topped with a free‑range egg and a generous flourish of truffle goodness to the new herb‑crusted salmon is finished with a soft velouté and bright green vegetables, fresh and perfect for summer.  

If you’re more of a dessert lover, you don’t want to miss out. Try something cool and coconutty with mango and lime, perfect for warm afternoons. Or a rich, coffee‑soaked tiramisu that suggests you might not be done yet. Maybe a generously creamy mascarpone cheesecake with strawberries, mint and a bit of white chocolate flourish.
