Cheshire West and Chester Council has formally launched the marketing of four new premium office suites above the Coachworks Arcade as part of the Northgate development. The offices will be available for occupation from this summer and are conveniently located for businesses wanting a location in the heart of the city.
The offices are arranged over the first, second and third floors and extend to a total of just over 10,000 sq. ft. with a dedicated entrance directly off Coachworks Arcade, the principal covered walkway linking Northgate Street with Exchange Square.
The suites will be offered as a whole, and also floor by floor, and will provide much needed office space in the city centre aimed at small to medium sized enterprises and professional firms looking for a high profile, high quality working environment.
The accommodation is fully accessible and will benefit from panoramic views across the city and the Northgate development’s central Exchange Square, as well as high-speed broadband and access to the new multi storey car park.
Further information to include quoting terms are available from Legat Owen on 01244 408 200.
Councillor Richard Beacham, Cabinet Member for Inclusive Growth, Economy and Regeneration, said: “These four stunning new office suites are sure to attract a lot of interest with so many great facilities close by such as Northgate’s new Market, cinema, food and beverage outlets as well as Storyhouse.
“There is a real desire from businesses to move back to office locations, and Chester is a beautiful place to be. With more people working in the centre, it will mean more money being spent in local shops and hospitality businesses too, which is all part of our plans to support the city centre.”
